Ten Commandments

Behavior

Trinity Christian Academy is a “Christian” School, and we require students to hold themselves to a higher standard than the rest of the world, so the Ten Commandments are a good place to start. If we respect God, His name, and one another, we can't go far wrong.

In Proverbs 25:28 we find, "He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls."

A lack of self-discipline in any area of life ensures a lack of success, and the classroom is no exception. I expect my students to cooperate and apply themselves to the subject. I don't mean by this that they must sit still with their hands folded - that certainly doesn't work here. Art is a unique and subjective course, and while I extend some liberty in my classes, neither my students nor I are here to waste our time on negative disciplinary action.
